Order your pass for the Siec

Welcome to the registration platform of the Siec 2025, the Retail Real Estate Event!

You can now order your pass by using a single email address per registration.

• If you don't have a personal account yet, you must create it by click on "Sign up" below.
• If you already have an account on the previous sessions, or if you want to access your personal account after registration:

1. Enter your email adress and password
2. Click on "Log in"

Take advantage of the 'Early Bird' rates until March 31, 2025!

FACT Members:
• Individual: €1,000 excl. VAT (€1,300 excl. VAT starting April 1)
• Group (5+ people): €900 excl. VAT per pass (€1,150 excl. VAT starting April 1)

Non-FACT Members:
• Individual: €1,500 excl. VAT (€1,950 excl. VAT starting April 1)

• Each pass request needs to be done with a unique email address. Once a first request is done, you have to log out from your account on the top right corner before restart the second request, with a different email address.
• Free entrance: Access to the Siec is free for retailers and public authorities. We advise you to use a professional email address for your registration.
• Paid entrance: Consulting or estate/property agencies working for a retailer don't benefit from a free access.
• FACT Member Rate: This rate applies only to companies with an up-to-date membership. If you do not know your company's FACT membership number, please request it by email at [email protected].
• Group rate: FACT member may choose a Group registration for a visit of 5 persons from the same company.
• Your pass includes the access to the Siec exhibition and conferences
• A business lounge is available for your meeting on-site.
